These terms govern your use of the CARVAYO website and the services you book through it.

Bookings
A booking submitted through this website is a service request. It becomes confirmed once our team confirms the slot with you. We may propose an alternative slot if the requested one is unavailable.
Pricing and payment
- Prices shown are for the selected service and vehicle segment and include labour, equipment and consumables.
- If your vehicle requires more work than the booked service covers, we will inform you before starting and you may accept or decline the change.
- Payment is collected after the service is completed, using the payment methods available at that time.
Access and suitability
- You must ensure the vehicle is accessible at the confirmed location and time slot.
- Our professional may decline or reschedule a job where the parking area is unsafe, inaccessible, or where society rules do not permit the work.
- Please remove valuables from the vehicle before an interior service.
Service standards
We aim to deliver every service to the standard described on this website. If you are not satisfied with the finish, tell us within 24 hours of the service and we will review the job and, where appropriate, redo the affected work.
Damage and liability
Report any damage you believe was caused during the service within 24 hours, with photographs, so we can investigate. We do not accept responsibility for pre-existing damage, wear, paint defects, aftermarket fittings, or damage arising from conditions we informed you about before starting.
Insurance cover for services is not offered at this stage and will be stated explicitly here if it is introduced in future.
Monthly plans
Carvayo Care requests cover the visits described on the plan page. Our team confirms scheduling and plan terms with you before any plan begins; submitting a request does not start a paid subscription.
